1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 2027 New Year AI ("2027 New Year AI," "we," "us," or "our"), operated at https://www.2027newyearai.com (the "Service").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our template-based AI video generation service. You choose a New Year / Hello 2027 style template, upload photos you are authorized to use, and we generate a short vertical clip that follows the template motion — not a generic "face swap" or deepfake tool.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy; and (c) have rights to any photos you upload.

2. Service Description

2.1 What We Provide

2027 New Year AI lets you generate 6-second, 9:16 social videos from fixed creative templates (for example, "climb the 2027" New Year trends). You upload portrait photo(s); the Service animates your likeness within the chosen template using third-party AI infrastructure.

2.2 Billing Model — Credit Packs Only

We sell one-time credit packs (no subscription is required to use the Service). Credits are consumed when you run a generation. Current packs and prices are listed on our Pricing page:

Draft quality (480p) costs 50 credits per run; Standard (720p) costs 113 credits per run. The exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you confirm.

Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout.

2.3 AI Models & Independence

Videos are generated from fixed templates you select, using Alibaba Wan 3.0 AI video technology. 2027 New Year AI is an independent product — we are not Alibaba, TikTok, or any celebrity or brand shown in marketing examples.

Outputs are AI-generated. You must review clips before publishing and disclose AI content when platforms require it.

2.4 Failed Generations

If a render fails due to a platform or provider error, credits for that failed job are refunded to your account automatically when our systems detect the failure.

3. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at support@2027newyearai.com.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Card data is handled by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers. Prices may exclude taxes where applicable; taxes may be collected at checkout as required by law.

Each credit-pack purchase is a one-time transaction authorized at checkout. There is no automatic renewal for credit packs.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Credit Pack Refunds

• Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: you may request a full refund of that pack if no credits from that purchase have been consumed.
• Used credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Duplicate charges are fully refundable.

5.2 How to Request a Refund

Email support@2027newyearai.com from your account email with your order / transaction ID and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

5.3 Charge Disputes

Contact us before opening a payment dispute with your bank so we can investigate billing errors quickly.

6. Your Photos & Outputs

6.1 Photo Rights

You represent that you own or have permission from everyone depicted in photos you upload. You must not upload celebrities, public figures, or third parties for deceptive, harassing, or unauthorized use. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

6.2 License to Operate the Service

You grant us a limited license to process your uploads and prompts solely to provide the Service (including transmission to AI and storage providers).

6.3 Output Ownership

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use your Outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
